Non receipt of call details

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am using the prepaid mobile No.9831745120 and despite thread of request from my side I have not received the call details of (incoming and out going) from July to Sept'2008 on my above telephone. As a result I am facing a great trouble to produce the same in the Court of law.

I therefore once again request you to provide the same immediately by way of deducting requisite amount from me failing which I have no other alternative except to agitate the matter before the competent Court of Law without further reference to you and you will be liable to make payment of damages to the tune of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- with all cost and consequences thereof.
