Regarding bad treatment in hotel

Hi

This is regarding bad behaviour that we had to see from the hotel Staff in Ooty.

It is a budget hotel. They charged 750 Rs for a room but the facilities were so poor.

Somehow we got into hotel unknowingly and staff treated us badly.

They were seemed to be baised because we were north Indians. whole night we had to sleep in a room without power. Rest all rooms had power except ours. When we approached a guy who was at reception, he said that nothing can be done. Actually they disconnected the cable cord from the main switch.

Food was unhygenic and bathrooms were very dirty.

I want to use this forum to launch a complaint aganist that hotel. If no action is taken from this forum, I will drag them into court. I have taken pics of the hotel. I ahve the reciept also.

I just want to show them that tourists who travel so far to see some place, they are not totally helpless.

Please help me to teach a lesson to such people who work on baises like North India and South India.
