Poor quality and irresponsible response on complaining

The samosas that I bought at the Nilgiris Retail Outlet (Anand's Daily Needs) No. 3, 2nd Main Road, Vyalikaval, Bangalore (TIN No.29110778134) were all of very poor quality and was actually stinking when the same was opened on my reaching home. When I complained telephonically their response was like "Do what you want, we can do nothing about it".
