This is to make you aware that all the customers are having harrowing experience in new Niligir stores opened in Jakkur (behind Jakkur Aerodrome) at Bangalore. It is a disgrace to the name of Nilgiri. The owners must be careful before giving franchise to anyone. I think this is the case. The persons who are running are inept and don’t know anything called customer satisfaction. Please be careful. Never buy any cakes, pastries, confectionaries from there.. (Masala bread). There are lots of complains for stale food. Half of the common good items, you won’t find. Despite repeated request, they don’t take the order. People are forced to go there beacuse it is convenient. I would like the owners of Nilgiri to supervise the smooth running of stores to keep its’ brand name intact. Right now, it is a woeful experience to interact with the shop owner.
