Fee refund

Dear sir,

My brother Sumit singh has got registraion in PGDBM course in july. he deposited with NIMT gaziabad (an mba institute) Rs. 35000 for initial fees. but later due to some reason he withdraw the admidission and claim for refund of fee before the start of session. The collage did not return the fee till yet despite several time reminders and meetings in personal. i filled a complaint with AICTE (wich is governing body) for the fee refund.a letter from AICTE was received, stating that the course offerred by the collage is not approved by AICTE. although the collage has mention that the course is approved by AICTE. this is a clesr case of fraud.by misleading the information.

please helpus to get refund of the fees.
