This is to inform you that a person name Niraj k Rao (presently known by niraj rao).

He has many pan cards & driving licenses with different name, DOB, father's name and any other details but the photo on it is same & he has also many bank accounts with different id.

he was also done many frauds with different financial institutes (TW, PL, Credit card & many more) & individually person also

kindly give the way how stop him or what is the procedure to complain and where?
