Non delivery of Registered lette

Sir,

I have sent a Registered letter to TCDR, Goyal Colony, Tatisilwai, Ranchi, Jharkhand on 16.3.09 vide RL No. 2373. from Patliputra Colony Post Office, Patna 800 013, Bihar. But Sorry to say that the letter have not reached till date i.e. 25.3.09
