Penalty and other charges levi

Dear Sir,

I had taken a loan for purchase of two wheeler from Nirmal Ujjwal co-op society kotwal nagar, nagpur- 440025.for EMI of Rs.970/-(including insurance charges) for 60 months on July. firstly several reminder society send a person Mr. rajesh wandile for collection of EMI who collect regurarly EMi and deposit the same. but now when I went to bank for final payment for loan they told that there are 13900/- appx. balance and you pay immediately Rs. 16120/- otherwise they deposit my sign blancks cheques in bank then claim for u/section 138. also they have two Blank stamp papers sign for security purpose. I paid Rs. 55000/- Appx. uptill now. if we calculate EMI of Rs.970/-for 60 months the amount would be Rs.58200/- but they told they already sent a notice which I not recd. they also charge imposely other charges. Mr. tayawade recovery officer of Nirmal Ujjwal Society imposely tell me that if I not pay that amount then I am liable for any circumtances. so, kindly please solve my problem as soon as possible. I am ready to pay balance amount of Rs.3200/-Appx.which is unpaid.also last year insurance amount I had paid.
