EPF settlement has not been done even after submitting the claim form from Last 8 months

This is bring to your notice that, I, Shilpa Samir Shinde (P.F Number: MH/93875/12), woked for Nirman Construction during the year 2008 has claim for my PF settlement in month July. But even after a rigourous follow-ups & visit to Charkop branch office, I am not getting a proper reply. I was told last year that the amount has been transfered into my account in the month of Nov 08, but it was not done & then after calling to the Charkop office I knew that the claim is in a hold status.

I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest, as this has created very much trouble for me following your people for the staus.
