Complaint against Airtel Company recharging batch

Hello, i am recharge Rs. 50/- in main account and 38/- airtel 2 airtle on 17.3.2009 and i also recharge 21 sms pack on 16.3.2009. when i recahrge Rs. 50/- after 10 minutes your cut 10 Rs from my account why? today at 12.05 Pm you also cout 4 Rs. from my account why? if u can not explain me why u cut Rs. 14/- from my balance wihin stipulated time. Then i well compliant against your in custmer court under section and u are lable to pay Rs. 10000/- . U have one more option to upgrade my balance with Rs. 14/-
