Respected Sir,
I am having problem with my Mobile SIM Card, my mobile show message that insert SIM then I called customer center they told me that try to another mobile but the problem is same. Then they reply me that your SIM is damaged or rejected because of mostly use, changes of hand set & more time removing to SIM but we never removed SIM from when we are using and we never changed hand set. Also I told them that, I am not satisfied your replay. But they are not to ready to listen my request they told me you have to purchase new SIM by paying cash Rs. 75/- and submit documents. This Mobile No. is 9967108457. And I am not ready to pay charges.
