I had purchased a pack of 5000 sms from www.chitchatsms.com they told me the rate of Rs 1750 12.36% Service Tax. I paid Rs 1966 and purchased it, I came to know that this people do not have service tax registration no and so they are not authorized to collect service tax. I have asked for the refund of the same. but they are now not picking up my calls.

I also paid Rs 1750 for another pack of 5000 sms and they have given me only 1000 sms and are now not picking my phone and not even refuding back my Rs 1750
