Complete household items confiscated by the company

This is to inform you that I had shifted my complete household items from New Delhi to Hyderabad through Mr. Nirmal Joshi, 09871746382, Action Packing and Shipping Company, 48/2, E-Patel Nagar, Near Rajindra Place, New Delhi-110008, PH NO: 011-25786892, 65742178 on 27/06/09. Mr. Joshi informed me that he is sending my household items through his transport company named Action Golden Transport Company and that the items shall reach Hyderabad on the 5th day at the given address. It was decided that when the total items will be delivered at my doorstep I shall pay him balance of Rs8000 after deducting the charges if any item was damaged. After a few days from when my household items were dispatched Mr. Nirmal Joshi denied giving my household items and demanded for full payment in New Delhi itself. When I insisted on standing by the earlier commitment that was decided between us he plainly refused to give back my complete household items to me and said if I again asked back my items without giving him the full payment in Delhi he shall kill me.

I have all the documents Nirmal Joshi gave me and also the copy of the complaint I lodged in the preet vihar police station, New Delhi. KINDLY HELP ME. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW I HAVE NOT GOT MY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS BACK, POLICE IS NOT HELPING EITHER.
