From two months my cheque are not credited

My name is manoj and we have a firm as a Bharti Enterprise, Jamnagar I have credited two cheques in State Bank of India worth Rs.278000 from two months ago but still they are not credited into my account the officers of the bank are saying that the bank is merged thats why this problem is creating, acctually the bank was as a State Bank of Saurashtra and now its merged into sbi.

So what should I do I have leave online complaint, I have given complaint to Branch Manager of my bank and also to the consumer care sbi but not getting reply from any where moreover my bank officers are telling that we have written the latters to the delhi branch also called by telephone bu though if they are not responding.

I am in trouble what should I do now please let me tell??
