AIRTEL GPRS and Trivandrum

Its rs.274 that Airtel wants us to spend per month 4 gprs connection... ya... i have been paying this 4 months... but what i hate is "NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT" when i need... once I enter de premises of TRIVANDRUM... getting connected is next to the term impossible..u wait 4 hours n then u get connected once if lucky... n then the speed... HORRIBLE... thecustomer care ask me to "free up phone memory, remove memory card, try miss calling, restart phone"(crap)... after doing all these..they say."sir its network congestion"... what the hell is this...? all they know is to hike de charges (it was 250rs previously)... the complaint is applicable to KOLLAM too (but kollam is better it seems... except certain days...)
