Harassment by manager of hdfc for payment

this is mohd nizamuddin from hyderabad and i am using hdfc credit card from the past 7 yrs and i was in defaulter for the past seven yrs in the month of dec i used my credit card and due to some problems in my business i had to shut it down and i dont have a job nor a business as of now so i asked the manager mr raghavendra from hyderabd hdfc bank ranigunj secbad for a settlement he talked to me in such a rude manner stating that i have to make the payment i knoiw that i have to make the payment but i am receing callsd daily twenty calls from the bank and they ae harrassing me for th e payment and they are using vulgar language at my residence and are harassing me and my wife they are using such language that i have to attempt suicide coz of their nature pls sir look into this matter and pls help me out and i want to settle off the matter in a peaceful and pay offf the amt and get the settlement done. hope my complaint will be tken up seruiously.
