Nitishree Builder Anil Jain fraud complaint

I have booked a plot at NH-58 in 2006 however till now I did not receive any allotment from the builder. I finally take the post dated cheques from the builder as the final settlement which are going to be due in the month of December. I came to know yesterday that he got arrested by the Sector 20 Noida police station. I am quite concerned now as to how to get the money back from the builder now. I think that the cheques will definitely get bounced. A sincere help is deeply appreciated as it is a very hard earned money of everybody.
