I have booked a flat in Nitishree Shouryapuram back in June and paid Rs.3, 00, 000 as booking amount. The falt was already alloted to me (i have a builder buyer agreement) and it is supposed to be delivered in December, but the construction has not yet started.

They are now forcing us to move to their other projects which are also not complete.

I would like to launch a compain in consumers forum and want to see this getting resolved. Please suggest me on how to proceed with this. It seems that our hard earned money is going down the drain because of a unscrupulous builder...
