Nitishree Infrastructure NH24 Shauryapuram Anil Jain fraud complaint

I have booked a plot at NH-24 Shauryapuram Project in 2005. however till now I did not receive any allotment from the builder. I came to know that he got arrested by the Sector 20 Noida police station. I am quite concerned now as to how to get the money back/plot from the builder now.
