Nitraa/Verona Sofa
Service a nightmare

Dear all,

I brought a Verona sofa from Nitraa Adyar on May and Dec - it developed cracks. From December there are many mails to come home to service my sofa atlast on 5-May they came and picked. Till date 20-July they had not returned the sofa back everyday they say they would get back to me. Here are the mail communications.
