Credit Card Blocked

Hi,

I'm holding my Salary account with Axis bank for the past 3 years. I did apply for Axis bank credit card and started using it since April.

My credit card has been blocked inspite of clearing all my credit card outstandings. When I inquired the customer care representative they are not willing to release. If you see my previous transactions I've made the payment 80% more than the minimum balance that needs to be paid every month. The details of payments are given below. There is a consistent payment of Rs.4000.00-Rs.5000.00 every month.

There was an outstanding of Rs.4310.00 for the month of January 08. But still I've made a total payment of Rs.4400.00 to my account.

Morevover, there was no prior intimation about blocking my credit card. When I inquired last month regarding the card block I was told that it will be released as soon as I clear all my account outstandings.
