Mis-Behaviour of Booking clerk at reservation counte

Sir/Madam,

As a defence personnel and also as a citizen of India I feel very sorry to make a complain against the Booking staffs at the reservation counter of Bikaner Jn. Here we are facing a lot of problem in booking a ticket through warrant or concession voucher. The Booking staffs are showing very rude behaviour and also show negligance when we approach for a reservation.sometime they treat as, they are paying money for our reservation.and when we want to write a complain in the complain register they refuse to provide the register.

Sir, on behalf of every defence personnel I beg to you that please look to the matter seriously and take necessary action.
