Non Disbursal of Personal Loan

This Complaint regarding my Non Disbursal of Personal Loan.

I have Filled up a loan application & Given all document on 28th August for loan approval.

They have taken approval of loan Rs. 146000/- at rate of interest of 16% with 0.5% processing free & send a person at my office on 3rd Sep. 09. He has filled up a loan agreement & taken 8 Cheque of Rs.12411/- each with the commitment of that they will disburse the loan on 4th Sep.09 but now they are not answering properly{4th & 5th Sep. 09 they were saying amount will transfer on Monday (7th Sep.09) now they are saying that they do not know anything}. I have not received any amount till now.
