OVER AND DIFFERENTIAL MRP TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS

The manufacturer M/s. Nobel Hygiene Pvt Ltd of D-2/16, Sancole Indl. Estate, Zuari Nagar, Goa-403 726 is selling its product Friends Under Pad (60x90cms) sheets, packed in a set of 10 sheets at a MRP of Rs.410/- in the market. Retailers sell the same at Rs.300/- after discount. However, the same packet/product is being supplied by the nursing home's (Belle Vue Clinic, Kolkata) pharmacy @Rs.600/- per packet and they offer no discount to the patients. They also do not allow the patient party to outsource the product. We are compelled to buy it from their pharmacy. The price is printed by the manufacturer as both packets look identical. I do not understand how the same product can have different MRPs. It simply means that the manufacturer and the nursing home have joined hands to inflate the MRP and cheat gullible and choiceless patients. When contacted the manufacturer failed to give any reply to the differential pricing and said they would investigate the matter and revert back. PLEASE STOP THIS PROFITEERING.
