Not providing Proper bills and Not Good Treatment

I took my grandmother for a small head ache problem to this Hospital. They have asked me to take 4 xrays, Blood test, Urine test they have not told what is the need. I also taken all these and asked for the bill in detailed form. They gave it mentioning Lab fees Rs 800 and Professional fees- Rs.300.

I have asked for more details, they had not told me. Also what ever patient coming here they are putting a vitamin injection of cost Rs 78. I am saying this because I took my wife for another tratment, my Grand ma and Myself for stomach ache. For all they given that injection also they are forcing to get in the same medicals inside the hospital.

Then finally, The Doctor and Director of the Hospital Dr. Mrs. Krishnamma just seeing the Xray report in Tube light rays. And also she has not seen all the xrays and test reports. Its really very bad to see like this.

For the information, that hospital is a ISO 9001 certified one. I need to know whether it is true.

Please take the necessary steps to prevent some of the local citizens to fall in to this bad hospital for traetment. Because still my Grandma is not cured.
