Hi,
I bought one Vengala Kuthu Vilakku (Bronze Lamp) for gifting to one of my Uncle for a special function. I bought on 31st October evening. I have taken it home and kept it there. This afternoon i wanted to visit his house so that i asked one my of office assistant to get a box to pack it. Once i opened the plastic cover we were shocked that the bottom of the lamp got broken. I immediately visit the shop at T.Nagar, Sundar Metal Stores, Stright opposit the GRT Thangamalai and 2 wheeler parking under the flyover on Unman Road. But, they never responding and said you might have broken or fell it down and just ignore me. I was trying to convince that i kept the pack as it is and open only this afternoon for gift ramping. The Gentlemen (may be shop owner and their faithful servants) were telling me that the part is very light and it is very common and will break very often and it is you to bring it very careful, we do nothing for that. I became the stranger at the moment and felt so embarrassing among the crowd.
The cost of the Bronze lamp is 465.00 however, as per culture its value is very high. Just imagine if it happen once i given it to my relatives, how they feel. I have seen many people are buying materials there, see if it happen in any wedding or other religious and sentimental functions, what will happen? how they feel? Very bad.
I have bought some other gift for my relative. what about others. People who are sincere, unbiased and faithful who are not having enough money, Earning money is very difficult task and they could not afford Rs.465.00 as like that and wasted.
This is the way we are living, No care, No Action, No Bar, Someone should take the load and bell all the cats and tied, i just put my feeling over this forum.
BELIEVE, LET THE GOD SAVE US FROM ALL THESE CHEATERS!
