Non clearance of cheque

Sir, I have deposited a Cheque (900680) of Rs. 62, 000/- as issued by LIC, Maharajganj (Bihar), on 10 Nov 10 to the SBI, Maharajganj (Bihar) to my account No. 10005463506. My account is with the branch Sambra, Belgaum (Karnataka). After expire of about more than 20 days the cheque is not credited to my account till yet. Many repeated enqueries has been made in this regard to the branch, but no positive responce has been provided. It is defeated the purpose of the requirement of money at the particular time.

Please do the needful.
