I could not divert calls

Respected Sir,

I Sri Banamalli Mallick, Mobile No - 9437437693, could not divert the calls to the No - 17010, by using the option of unreachable & switched off. I am trying to do the same approximately 2 months. And also I had contacted to your Customer Care Executive and registered the complain. But the same problem not yet solved by your good company. The same facility is highly necessary for me.

Therefore, I further request you to consider the same and kindly look into the matter in urgent basis.
