Reliance Poor Connectivity, network bussy after 11 AM

I have taken my Reliance GSM service for a month, from the day of connection to till today I am facing the same problem, Reliance in kolkata poorest service. Reliance have no network or call drop became common to me. Reliance have good offer of 11PM-6 AM 5 paisa per call, but there is no hope I got a call after trying 12 times, even if it's urgent after 11PM you reliance is hopeless. I had a fever and have to call my friends for the help, but reliance so much helpless that showing network busy. I have called their customer care, but they are hopeless, always telling we are developing our service or temporary congestion...
