Issuing new adm card

Sir,

I am account holder being no. 30011755219 Daraganj branch, Allahabad I have an old atm card but now it has not working due to some problem. I have went to SBI Branch in month of July where is my account concerned officer has taken my application for new atm card and said that your atm will be recached at your house but till date I have not recevied new atm card therfore I have suffering very much proble. Kindly help me for issuing new atm card.
