Questions coming out of material they are providing

As i am doing mca from icfai. I work hard a lot but every time i take up the exam i fail the reason i fail is that they also give questions out of study material they provide and the questions they are very tuff as we are doing through distance nobody is there to teach so they should understand it even universties offering regular courses give easier questions than icfai. Icfai talk about standard they don not have any standard.everybody is repenting after taking admission from icfai guys lets unite so that they don not do it with other students you all should go to consumer court as i am going.
