Unwated Calls

Can anyone help me in blocking this unwanted calls from telemarketing ppl... i am sick of all them (HSBC, ICICI, SBI, etc... i mean everyone) sometimes for Personal loans, Credit Cards... I am really getting sick of them... like to throw away my mobiles at there mouth... Government has came up with DO NOT DISTURB scheme but i think it work only for them that its your service provider and do not disturb government for it. I wonder how these guys get the numbers, imagine if they can get the number than they can access other personal details also like credit cards, debit cards, etc...
