No Coustomer Service Executive take care my Problem

My name is Vinod Kumar Gupta Residing at 49/5/1Q Karl Marx Sarani. I have use Reliance GSM services but a am always face out with its coustomer care service No. 198 there are no satisfied response about my problem they are always that my syastem is under upgradation please call after 2 hours or plz call the *333 i want to say that if they doesn't care and solve our problem then why should continue service at 199. I am appeal to consumer Forum to take an action about this as soon as posible.
