Noise/Pollution by a religious centre (Agarwal Bhavan)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to register this complaint regarding Noise/Pollution by this Agarwal Bhavan behind our building at Fancy Bazar, Guwahati.

For a long time now, we've been troubled by unbearable noise from this establishment. It plays high pitched parody bhajans starting early in morning to late in the night. It is a blaring music, disturbs our sleep in morning, work time and makes us so restless in the nights too.

Please look into this matter or recommend the right process to voice this out to the correct authority.
