Mobile not start

Dear Sir,

Today 13.03.09, I have submitted bill of my mobile No.9922028799, which was temporary disconnected by Idea because of non-paid bill. Today in the morning I have paid the bill, but till my mobile not getting start, I went there, but vain.

Please go through my complaint, & start my number.
