Deactivation of promotional services

I have a mobile connection of Vodafone 9646436577 ..Company started sending me chatting message option without my permission and activation, whenever i dial to deactivate service it never reaches operator it ends up pressing diff Nos and wasting much valuable time..when I got call from Vodafone and I told gentleman to deactivate message and other promotional calls service they didnt do it but gave me a No which i have been trying since 10 days without response, I am fed up and thinking of throwing simcard of Vodafone ..to add to my woes, I was sitting in a meeting suddenly i was robbed of all my balance and reason was they deducted money as charges of paid services which I never activated, and i was not able to contact anybody due to nonsense vodafone
