Nokia1200
Dead handset/no replacement

Sir I purchased a Nokia 1200 in july at calicut kerala. The phone's imei no is 354871/02/464651/1.The phone became dead after first week of usage. Then I gave it to NOKIA CARE center (happy creations, mavoor road, calicut). After three week they gave me back the phone and with in 4 hours the phone met the same problem. Again 3 more time it happend like this and for one service they took the time of one month. Yester day (22/05/09) I got it back again from the service centre and I used it for two hours but after that, the phone became dead and now it is in no use. They are not willing to replace the phone. What can I do? Please help me to solve this problem.
