Hi,

I am stuck with active developers since last 2 1/2 years. I booked a site with these developers which comes beside the Namdari Seeds factory, around 2 1/2 years ago and paid more 4 lakhs as initial amount. They haven't got any approval and now they are not returning money.when i inquired about the land with landlords, they are saying that the land is in court coz these developers have not paid them the full amount. These developers always keep their mobile phones switched off. Now their office is also not seen in the west of chord road. I have been going to their office since one month and there is no sign of these guys. When i contacted building owner, he said they are moved out and kept only one floor.and they are doing painting. This he is telling since a month. I am unable to contact them. I know lot of people who have got their money stuck. Please join me in filing a consumer court case against these big land mafias.
