Forcing customers to purchase acessories

I booked the scooter Active at GS Honda on 16/7 under booking form 20636 and cash receipt no 48034 (16/7/09). I got call from company on 8/09 to collect my Scooter, when I reached there that they (Mr. Viney, salesman) told that the scooter is fitted with accessoris of value of Rs. 2350/- and you have to puchase it with scooer otherwise we do't deliver the scooter. The basic price of the scooter is Rs. 39, 951/-. Then I paid the cash Rs. 29, 951/- 2350/-. The dealer gave me the invoice no 09IN03035 DATED 08/09 value 39, 951/- The dealer (GS honda) did no give the detail and the bill of accessories was released on 15/09 seven days later without giving the detail of accessoris and simply writing package Rs. 2350/-.

the core area of compaint is, the dealer is forcing to puchase accessorise and the salesmen of company are hands and glove with the dealer and there is no justice to the consumer.
