Nokia1650
Not repair phone under warranty

I purchased my Nokia 1650 from a an authorised dealer (Gupta communication) at kaithal, haryana on 09/05/09 buts next day it was not working properly. They give me estimate time ten days for its repairing but i have not received my phone yet today. I also visit to nokia care center for this problem but behave of staff member was not cooprating and dissatisfied. Sir i am facing very problem without my phone. they are not reparing my phone and telling for coming next-next day, you are requested to take quick action for solve my problem.
