Carelessness of Trackon People

I sent a packet containing quotation to Horticulture University, Nauni, Solan through Trackon Courier Patel Nagar, Ghaziabad branch (docket no.126333565) on 28-11-08.

I took confirmation from branch that they have service in Nauni. When the packet did not reach the office, I enquired the Patel Nagar Branch. They informed that the packet has come back as they have no service in Nauni. It it was so why did they accept the packet and wasted my precious time. The agony does not stop here. When I requested to send the packet back to me, they simply refused.
