Defective Split AC

Dear Manager,

1. I purchased a 2 ton split AC from NEXT Retail India Ltd, Sapna Sangeeta Road, Indore on 13 Apr 08. The invoice No is 276.

2. Right from the beginning, the AC has been malfunctioning and has been repaired three times for water leaking in side the room, not cooling sufficiently and motor/blower making un-usual noice. At present the AC has developed the following defects :-

(a) The rotating fins has been jammed in open position.

(b) The cooling has been reduced. In that the compressor gets automatically switched off within one minute of running irrespective of the temporature setting, and the AC keeps running on blower for long durations of 4 to 5 minutes. As such the cooling effect is quite reduced. The remote settings are correct.

(c) The blower makes unusually high noise as if some thing is loose inside.
