Neither replacing nor repairing the product under warranty period

I purchased a NOKIA mobile phone from 'DEXTERSDIGITAL LAB' situated at 15-Mangalam Place, Shop no-G-7/G-8, NN Mall, Sec-3, Rohini, New Delhi-85 on 7th of August with wich i got a warranty for 12 months. Now i discovered that the phone i purchased is not functioning wel. Being it in warranty period i tried to get it either be replaced or to be repaired. But the service center is refusing to repair this problem.
