Dear Sir
I my self purchased a Nokia 2626F.Red (Item Code 0023598 & IMEI No.359335023555565) handset on 07.04.2009 at 15.38.53 vide invoice no.666722566 (Item-6417182680311 & Lot No.359335023555565) from Hot Spot Store at M/s Malik Communication SP-2G, Shadipur Metro Station, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 by Paying Cash of Rs.- (Two Thousand Twenty Only) As a Customer (Name-Jyoti Nitin) ID.No. 666712570 & got the receipt of the same, Packed at the same time with counter boy & gifted to my husband on very next day.
3-4 days after he told me that the F.M.of that particular Phone was not working. I suggest him to go back to Shop and replace the same. he went their when he find some extra time to visit the shop & complaint the same with store incharge.
Store Incharge told that he can'thelp anything because after sales, service Centre is responsible in case of any defaults in the handset.
he come back & went 2-3 times at Nokia Care Centre in Karol Bagh (Owner Mr. Pawan) But due to rush at the service centre he return back by thinking that repair it at next time.
Once they taken the handset to repair the same in the month of August & Service Centre Engineer open it & ask to pay Rs. 60/- for the same & misbehave with him, when he refuse to pay any amount. he come back to home along with the handset without repair it.
10 days back I have seen that the Screen of the handset had been dull & uncleared.
Now the nothing is seen on the screen.
Now I would request you to please replace the handset at the convience store near by my house or return the Amount Paid by me at the time of Purchase.
Pl.resolve the same within the 7 days of notice period otherwise I am free to lodge a complaints in the consumer Forum against the Manufacturer, Seller & service centre for the same.
