Not getting PF Money since last 3 months

I am not getting PF money as i submitted the documents on 10 oct. Nobody picks the phone in Nehru place PF office, nobody is there to answer our queries... iam surprised what the people are doing there if they can not perform their duties... These type of activities are actionable... why this type of delays are going on.
