Dear sir

I am having a tata sky connection with user id no. 1034721801

.ON 7th aug 09, at around 1830 Hrs I recharged my TATA sky account with Rs 1350/- by cash First time in south saver pack for six month still now channels are not activated

2. When I contacted Mumbai customer care, I was told that this problem. They could n’t help me out

Again I spoke with customer care they are saying mine is corporate account

Pls help me out from the problem (paying the amount and waiting for the channels is really worst condition)

3. You are requested to please help me out immediately.
