The keypade is not working

Dear sir,

I m really having a very bad experience about ur costumer care people i m a saliereid person can u believe 8 times i have gone to your east patel nagar nokia care center the head there is really a disgusting person Mr. dinesh (9818364888) every time he laugh's when i go there and not giving any positive response then when i call to know the response he swithcheoff his mobile.

I dont know what to do i want my cell replaced other wise i m too much torchered now i will go to the consumer court u people r there to help us or torture us tell me.
