Estart problem occur from last 9months

Hi

i bought nokia3110c on 22/1. and the problem of Restarting occurs after one month... and i already uploaded Software 4or5 times in last 8 or 9 month and there is still same type of problem occurs... many times i told to the custmor servies centre sec22 Chandigarh... and they every time uploaded new software... and i am really get disturbed when these type of problem occures again and again and request NOKIA to please do the needfull and do not waste its customer's money and customer's faith in nokia brand
