Connection not done

Mtal pipe and meter installed since more than 10 days but connection is not done. Gas cylinder is inside the house which we do not prefer. Expedite and ask people, who are working, to talk to the owner before they start any work in the premises, to avoid breakage of the stuff they check to install the gas connection.
