Software problem (Music player application)

Dear Sir,

I am using Nokia 3110c mobile phone. It was work very well for few days. But now I got many problems in my mobile. When I got 1st problem, I put it into Nokia Care Center. They repaire it, but after 10 days I got problem about speakers, I put it again into Nokia Care Center. Then they solve the problem. And now I find the problem about 'Music Player' application supported by this handset. This handset not recognize any music (e.g .mp3) file giving message like 'NO MUSIC FILE FOUND' even if there is music file in my memory card. So, please sir, will you help me.
